About Us

My name is Daniel. I am on the autistic spectrum and have a speech processing impairment, and as a person with a disability it is very difficult for me to find formal employment. However, after I completed my schooling, I did an IT certificate and a Diploma in Stock & Inventory management and have worked in the stock department of a veterinary practice.

With a parent who is a vet, we have always shared our home with a vast assortment of animals, ranging from snakes, sheep and horses to meerkats, bushbabies & owls in rehab. One never knows what you are going to come across in our house…. If I am completely honest, I must admit that my soul animal is the horse, but we currently also own seven dogs, most of them rescues. So I think I can say with certainty that I definitely know what a dog needs to make him (and his owner) happy. I therefore decided to use my knowledge and experience to launch WagWorx, an online business aimed at improving the lives of our   canine companions and their carers.
